You may request a return by sending an email to support@pandakb.com along with your order number. Returns are allowed within 14 days of the delivery of the package.

Shipping fees for the return are not refundable. This means that you are responsible for the shipping fees for the return shipping.

Any customs fees which may be charged during the return of your package, such as when you reject to pay customs fees during import, are also non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Partial refunds may apply when an item is missing or damaged.

We reserve the right to withhold up to 3.5% of the refund value in payment and processing fees.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at support@pandakb.com .

If the goods include free gifts, they must be returned together with the goods.

If you need to return the goods, please contact us by email at support@pandakb.com to get the return address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
